Goodbye, old house.
The story
Julianalaan in Schiedam. I still remember the day when Iris and I were walking through the house with a dozen of other potential buyers. We were looking around and as we move further and further upstairs; we looked each other in the eyes full of excitement, hold our hands and said to each other. I want this house. The weather was really nice, and the sun was shining brightly. We always thought that we were going to grow old in that house pack with memories. Life had a different idea for us and we adapted and made hard decisions while seeking for answers to questions like: what are we trying to get out of life before we leave this earth for good. Turns out we find quality time with family very important, good food, laughter, travel, relax, take time for yourself and so on. That’s why we try to avoid saying never because it turns out we are more adventures than we thought we were. Here is a short video I put together to thank our old home and to everyone who made us laugh, cry, supported, feel loved and made these memories possible. We hope to welcome you to our new home.
